    Maya is the founder of ANU Studio and community, with a focus on supporting women navigating life’s transitions. She has over 20 years of experience teaching yoga to both large and small groups, as well as privately.

    In her work, Maya strives to create a safe space of compassion, kindness, and warmth—where you will feel truly seen and deeply listened to.

    Through workshops and individual sessions, her intention is to help others cultivate a richer inner life, develop a balanced nervous system, and gain clarity of mind—empowering you to live more fully beyond the mat.

    Maya’s passion and curiosity lie in exploring the inner world, both during transformative periods and in everyday routines, supporting deeper self-awareness and authentic living.

  • 1:1 Sessions

    Navigate the complexities of life through these therapeutic 1:1 sessions, designed to support you through both big and small shifts and transitions.

    Often opening in a guided meditation, each hour-long session provides a safe space to explore your feelings, enhance self-understanding, and explore the relationships and reality of your life.

    Committed to your growth, these weekly sessions are recommended for a minimum of three months, and can continue for as long as you would like.

  • Clearways

    Meaningful conversations and life events require and deserve preparation; for example - a hard conversation with someone close to you, a colleague or a boss, or preparing for a wedding or a birth.

    Sometimes our emotions can get the best of us. The purpose of our session is to enable you to fine-tune yourself on an emotional and physical level, so that you can communicate more clearly.

    Through this method, we move from a defensive or reactive state to one where we can show up as the person we want to be and see clear results.
