As winter softens into spring, this day retreat offers a gentle pause to slow down, listen, and reconnect with yourself beneath the season’s renewed light. Together we’ll move mindfully, rest the nervous system, and tend to what’s asking for care - creating a warm, intimate container to root into presence and sense what wants to emerge in the months ahead. Leave the noise behind and return to your inner compass as you step toward the season of new beginnings and renewal.

By joining for two days, you will have the opportunity to truly reset the nervous system and find a flow and rhythm with the practices that will take you to deeper spaces within yourself. The quality of presence and focus shifts and gets clearer after the first day, allowing for a deeper exploration on the second. You will also get to experience the magic that happens when women gather - not just once, but twice.
