The Sacred Pause:
Day Retreats

Imagine a space where you can breathe deeply, move freely, reflect honestly, and be fully witnessed - opening the door to deep renewal and inner clarity.
Crossing the threshold into this space is an invitation to pause, to let the outside world fall quiet, and to turn toward yourself with care. You leave not changed into someone new, but more fully returned to yourself - grounded, clearer, and gently reconnected to what matters most.

This intimate retreat is a sacred space to reconnect with your inner voice, tend to what needs care, and be held by community, so you can return to life with more ease and connection to yourself.

MOMENTS TO SHARE AND MOMENTS OF QUIET.
MOMENTS OF YOU AND MOMENTS OF COMMUNITY.
MOMENTS TO HONOR. MOMENTS TO FEEL.
COME AS YOU ARE.

Reflection, Release, & Renewal - Stepping into 2026 with Intention

Jan 2nd 11-3pm
At the threshold of the New Year, there is a quiet kind of magic available to us. In this gathering, we’ll enter that liminal space where endings soften and beginnings take root. With curiosity and care, we’ll sit with the question: What intention supports me in trusting what’s unfolding - one I can return to, live with, and grow into over time?

Through intentional practices and shared presence, you’ll be invited to release control, listen deeply, and align with intentions that welcome surprise, grace, and possibility into the year ahead.

These retreats happen around once a month, and you can join for either both days, or just one if that suits you better.

January invites us inward.
In the stillness of winter and the threshold of a new year, this retreat offers a gentle space to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with yourself beneath the noise of daily life.

Together, we’ll create a warm, intimate container to rest the nervous system, tend to what is asking for care, and reconnect with a sense of an inner compass that can guide us into 2026. This is a time to honor where you are, acknowledge what has been, and sense what wants to emerge in the months ahead.

By joining for two days, you will have the opportunity to truly reset the nervous system and find a flow and rhythm with the practices that will take you to deeper spaces within yourself. The quality of presence and focus shifts and gets clearer after the first day, allowing for a deeper exploration on the second. You will also get to experience the magic that happens when women gather - not just once, but twice.

Maya will guide you through this journey

I create retreats as spaces where we can press pause together, the pace slows enough to listen inward and reconnect with what’s steady beneath the surface of daily life. My work is rooted in emotional and somatic awareness, and in the belief that clarity and integrity emerge when we feel safe enough to be present with our inner world.

I bring a grounded, attentive presence to the spaces I hold, supporting people to meet themselves honestly and with care. Rather than offering quick fixes or rigid frameworks, I guide experiences that honor both expansion and contraction - making room for what is alive, tender, and true.
