EMBODIED FLOW

These classes are based on flows that are dynamic at their core, but always held within a soft container of the breath, graceful transitions, and meditative moments.

Maya offers a space to move with the flow of your breath, past the noise of the mind, and into the energy of the heart. The experience of connecting inwards will leave you with a deep sense of grounding and ease.

PRE/POST-NATAL YOGA

The sessions combine moving with resting, deep breathing and connecting inwards to leave you feeling stronger and more connected to yourself and
your motherhood journey.

Based on Maya's Embodied Flow classes, these classes are modified to support the changing physical and emotional needs of women during this transformative period of life. There is a focus on the breath to support the pelvic floor and core as well as strengthening and stretching to alleviate any aches and tension in the body.

They give us a chance to work deeper with a specific theme and cultivate stronger practices of self-inquiry, compassion, and presence to support us in our lives.

Through movement, inspiring poetry, journaling & contemplative meditation - we will come together to deepen our connection to the self and our toolbox for living with intention and clarity.
